Marketing Specialist
This role with Legacy Stone supports the ongoing content development for marketing channels and brand growth of the organization. As the company grows, this role is an important hire not just focused on production but on intentional testing and finding creative strategies to grow. It will work in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing to evaluate these approaches and support the processes needed. A structured, analytical person who is willing to test, learn, and adapt will enjoy this role.

JOB DUTIES OVERVIEW
This role leads our content that supports our brand awareness and soft conversions further into the funnel. With a focus on growth, this role will help lead the way through a balance of creativity but also consistent analysis and testing. The role will produce content in emails, social, and digital content primarily.
Job Duties
- Write, design, build, and maintain email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automations, promotions, etc.), including A/B testing and CRM system set up
- Manage all Legacy Stone social media channels, including writing and testing content, monitoring engagement, and scheduling.
- Support video content growth from the team by identifying video needs, making project requests to the team, supporting reel creation as needed, and coordinating with podcast video team.
- Write, schedule, and maintain blog content.
- Support website content and SEO development.
- Assist with content and design support to departments as needed.
- Work with Director of Marketing as needed on paid campaigns or other special projects to develop assets, improve performance, and manage content.
- Monitor analytics for email, social, web, and optimize content, setting tests based off data.
- Regularly research new ideas or strategies to bring to the table.
Skills:
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- 3+ years of content development and CMS builder experience
- 2+ years experience with Marketing tools (email campaigns, social scheduling, etc.)
- Project management
- Basic content analysis & testing
